Housing

Off-Campus Housing Services provides personalized information and resources about housing and off-campus living. OCH posts listings of housing available in the area, organizes off-campus living fairs, and provides advice about searching for housing. OCH also provides information specifically for international students seeking housing

Priority for on-campus housing is given to full-time undergraduate students. However, there are two graduate-only apartment communities on UMD. The Graduate Gradens and the Graduate Hills communities are owned by the University of Maryland and managed by a property management company. A separtate application and leasing process applies for these apartment communities.
